The following criteria will serve as the foundation for the CONCOR Recruitment 2026 selection process:
Shortlisting: Only applicants who meet every qualifying requirement will be considered. When there are many qualified applications, CONCOR retains the right to narrow the field to a select few based on accomplishments, experience, and other professional credentials.
Candidates that make the short list will be contacted for an interview and/or a PowerPoint presentation.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluation based on the previous three years' APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports).
Weighting Criteria: Per current policy, APAR ratings, experience profile, extra professional credentials, and personality attributes will all be given weight.
Reservation: For immediate absorption recruiting, reservation policies do not apply.
