Eligibility Criteria :

Public Prosecutor :
Candidates must be practicing Advocates in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
Applicants should have at least 7 years of practice in Tamil Nadu Courts.
Candidates must possess sufficient experience and professional competence to handle prosecution matters.
Applicants should fulfill all eligibility conditions mentioned in the official notification.

Government Pleader :
Candidates must be practicing Advocates in Tamil Nadu Courts.
Applicants should have not less than 7 years of legal practice.
Candidates should have experience in handling civil and government-related cases.
Applicants must satisfy all the eligibility requirements prescribed in the notification.

Additional Government Pleader (LAOP) :
Candidates must be Advocates with a minimum of 7 years of practice in Tamil Nadu Courts.
Applicants should possess experience in handling Land Acquisition Original Petition (LAOP) cases or related legal matters.
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying.

Additional Public Prosecutor :
Candidates must be practicing Advocates in Tamil Nadu Courts.
Applicants should have at least 7 years of legal practice.
Candidates should possess experience in conducting criminal prosecutions and related court proceedings.

Additional Government Pleader cum Additional Public Prosecutor :

Special Public Prosecutor (SC/ST (PoA) Act Cases) :
Candidates must be practicing Advocates in Tamil Nadu Courts.

Candidates should possess experience in handling cases under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Applicants must satisfy all eligibility conditions mentioned in the notification.

Special Public Prosecutor (Human Rights Cases) :
Candidates must be practicing Advocates in Tamil Nadu Courts.
Applicants should have at least 10 years of practice.
Candidates should have experience in handling human rights-related cases and legal proceedings.
Applicants must fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the official notification.

Special Public Prosecutor :
Candidates must be practicing Advocates in Tamil Nadu Courts.

Selection Process :
Selection will be based on Application Review.
