Eligibility Criteria :
These posts are reserved for experienced legal professionals with established practice at the Bar ;

Public Prosecutor : Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of practice.

Government Pleader : Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of practice.

Additional Public Prosecutor : Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of practice.

Additional Government Pleader (Land Acquisition) : Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of practice.

Special Public Prosecutor : Advocate with a minimum of 10 years of practice.

Special Public Prosecutor (Civil) : Advocate with a minimum of 10 years of practice.

Special Public Prosecutor (Criminal) : Advocate with a minimum of 10 years of practice.

Special Public Prosecutor (Human Rights & Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016) : Advocate with a minimum of 10 years of practice.

Pleader doing Government Work : Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of practice.

Additional Government Pleader cum Additional Public Prosecutor: Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of practice.
