Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions as on 11-06-2026, the last date for online application submission. Admission to the Computer Based Online Test (CBT) will be strictly provisional.
All degrees such as Engineering, M.Tech, M.Sc., or MCA must be completed through a regular full-time program from a recognized institution in India. Aggregate marks will be calculated based on all semesters/years, and no rounding of percentages will be accepted (e.g., 59.99% is not eligible).
Final-year students of the academic session 2025–26 may also apply, provided they expect final results by 31-08-2026.

Educational Qualification :
Candidates must hold the required qualification in the relevant discipline with minimum prescribed marks ;

Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / E&T Engineering :
Engineering degree in relevant branch with minimum 60% marks and specified eligible sub-branches.

System (IT/Computer Science) :
First-class BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in CS/IT or any discipline with MCA.

Geology :
M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology, Applied Geology, Geophysics, or related fields with minimum 60% marks.

Rajbhasha (Hindi) :
M.A. in Hindi with 60% marks and graduation with Hindi and English as subjects. Recognized distance education qualifications are also acceptable where applicable.

Company Secretary :
Graduation in any discipline along with ICSI qualification (Associate/Fellow membership). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in listed companies.

Minimum Qualifying Marks :
General / OBC / EWS: 60% (strict; no rounding allowed).
SC / ST / PwBD: 55% (5% relaxation).

Age Limit (as on 30-04-2026) :
General / EWS: 30 years.
OBC (NCL): 33 years (3 years relaxation).
SC / ST: 35 years (5 years relaxation).
PwBD: Up to 40–45 years depending on category.
CIL Employees: No upper age limit.
Maximum permissible age: 56 years.

Application Fee :
General / OBC / EWS : ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + 18% GST).
SC / ST / PwBD / CIL Employees : Nil.
Fees are non-refundable and payable online only.

Selection Process :
Selection will be based only on a Computer Based Online Test (CBT). There will be no interview stage.
CBT Structure ;
Paper I: General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English (100 marks).
Paper II: Professional Knowledge (100 marks).
Duration: 3 hours.
No negative marking.
Minimum Qualifying Marks ;
General / EWS: 40 marks per paper.
OBC: 35 marks per paper.
SC / ST / PwBD: 30 marks per paper.

Candidates may apply for only one discipline/post.
No changes allowed after final submission.
Admit card will be available only through online login.

Applicants must upload the following ;
Recent photograph and signature.
Matriculation certificate (DOB proof).
All academic mark sheets and degree certificates.
Category certificates (if applicable).
PwBD certificate (if applicable).
EWS certificate (valid for FY 2025–26).
Experience certificate (if required).
NOC (for employed candidates).

Important Instructions :
Only Indian nationals are eligible.
Only full-time regular degrees are accepted.
Percentage must not be rounded off.
One candidate can apply for only one discipline.
OBC-NCL and EWS certificates must be valid as per latest government norms.
Selected candidates must execute a ₹3 lakh service bond for 60 months.
No TA/DA will be provided for CBT.

Canvassing or malpractice will lead to disqualification.
