Eligibility Criteria :
Medical Officer MBBS (PM-ABHIM, Ayushman Bharat – Contractual):
Applicants must have an MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution and should be registered with the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Council.
Medical Officer MBBS (UHWC – Contractual):
Candidates should possess an MBBS qualification and must hold valid registration with the UP State Medical Council.
E.M.O. DHS (Contractual):
Candidates must have completed MBBS from a recognized medical college and should be registered with the UP State Medical Council.
CHC NCD (Medical Officer – Contractual):
Applicants must hold an MBBS degree and have valid registration with the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Council.
Application Fee :
General / OBC : No Fee.
SC / ST : No Fee.
Age Limit :
Maximum Age: 65 years for all posts.
Salary / Stipend :
Medical Officer MBBS (PM-ABHIM, Ayushman Bharat): ₹80,000 per month (Honorarium) + ₹20,000 Performance Based Incentive (PBI).
Medical Officer MBBS (UHWC): ₹80,000 per month (Honorarium) + ₹20,000 Performance Based Incentive (PBI).
E.M.O. DHS: ₹1,00,000 per month (Honorarium).
CHC NCD (Medical Officer): ₹1,00,000 per month (Honorarium).
