Eligibility Criteria:

Stenographer:
Applicants must have passed Second PUC (Pre-University Course) or an equivalent three-year diploma from a recognized board or institution. Candidates should have passed the Senior Grade shorthand and typing examinations in both Kannada and English conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. Those holding a Diploma in Commercial Practice or Secretarial Practice are also eligible if they have cleared Senior Grade shorthand and typing in Kannada and English.

Typist:
Candidates must have passed Second PUC or an equivalent three-year diploma course. They should have cleared the Senior Grade typewriting examinations in Kannada and English conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. Candidates with a Diploma in Commercial Practice or Secretarial Practice may also apply; however, if typing has been passed in only one language, they must qualify in the remaining language.

Typist & Copyist:
Applicants should have passed Second PUC, a three-year diploma, or an equivalent qualification. They must have passed Junior Grade typing examinations in both Kannada and English conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. Candidates with a Diploma in Commercial Practice or Secretarial Practice who have qualified typing in one language must clear the Junior Grade typing test in the other language.

Peon:
Candidates must have passed SSLC (10th) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Applicants should also be able to read and write Kannada, and a test will be conducted to assess their Kannada reading, writing ability, and general knowledge.

Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 35 years.
Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules.
