Eligibility Criteria :
This recruitment is open only to serving Government employees who meet the prescribed eligibility conditions. Applications must be routed through the proper channel of the parent department. Candidates must be vigilance clear, with no pending or contemplated disciplinary proceedings.

Joint Registrar : Law graduates holding analogous posts or having 5+ years of service in Level-11 (GP ₹6600) or Judicial Officers with 8+ years of service.

Deputy Registrar : Officers with analogous posts or 5–6 years of service in Level-10/11 pay scale with a Law degree.

Principal Private Secretary : Officers holding PPS/PS posts with required years of experience in PB-2/PB-3 levels.

Deputy Controller of Accounts : Experienced officers from organized accounts services (CGA/CAG/P&T/Railways).

Section Officer / Court Officer : Degree holders with 8 years’ experience in Level-6 or equivalent posts; Law degree is desirable.

Private Secretary : Stenographers with analogous posts or 6 years of regular service in Level-6.

Accounts Officer : Officers from organized accounts services with relevant experience in accounts, audit, and budgeting.

Assistant Library & Information Officer : Degree in Library Science with 5 years’ service and 2 years’ professional library experience.

Junior Accounts Officer : Officers with accounts training and relevant service experience in government accounting systems.

Caretaker : Degree holders with 8 years’ service in Level-4 or equivalent posts.

Senior Accountant : Officers with experience in departmental accounting systems.

Junior Accountant : Clerical/accounts staff with relevant accounts training and experience.

Age Limit :
Maximum Age: 56 years (as on closing date of application).
No minimum age limit.
Age relaxation applicable as per DoPT rules.

Application Fee :
No application fee is mentioned in the official notification.

Selection Process :
Selection will be based on ;
Scrutiny of application forms.
Verification of ACR/APAR records (last 5 years).
Vigilance clearance from the parent department.
There is no written exam or interview. Final selection depends on eligibility and availability of vacancies.

Deputation Process :
Applications must be forwarded through the proper channel only.
Vigilance clearance and service certification are mandatory.
Selected candidates cannot withdraw after nomination.
Applications must include complete ACR/APAR records.

Posting and Pay Scale :
Selected officers may be posted at any CAT Bench in India based on vacancies. Pay will be as per 7th CPC Level 4 to Level 12, depending on the post.
