Profile Overviews & Core Expectations :

Senior Research Fellow (Ayu) :
Core Profile: This is a high-level clinical research role tailored for Ayurvedic professionals. The mandatory baseline is a BAMS degree.
The Ideal Candidate: The department is looking for individuals who can step into a research environment with minimal training. Holding an MD (Ayurveda) is highly preferred.
Functional Expectations: You should have hands-on experience working with research projects funded by central bodies like the Ministry of AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, or DST.
Strong technical competencies are required in drafting and editing scientific documents, getting studies published in peer-reviewed journals, and utilizing standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management.
Financial Package: Rs. 42,000 + 30% HRA per month (Consolidated).

Yoga Therapist :
Core Profile: A practical, hands-on role focusing on clinical yoga application and patient therapy.
The Ideal Candidate: The panel accepts two distinct background tracks ;
A dedicated Degree in Yoga / Yoga & Naturopathy (55%+ marks) paired with a minimum of 2 years of clinical therapy experience.
A General Graduate (55%+ marks) who completed a 1-year Yoga Diploma and possesses at least 5 years of robust practical experience.
Functional Expectations ;
You must hold a Level II (Therapy level) Certificate from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB).
Beyond paperwork, you must have excellent physical demonstration skills for complex yogic practices, as a practical Skill Test is mandatory on the interview day.
Linguistic flexibility is highly valued, specifically a working comfort in Hindi, English, and Sanskrit, alongside basic computer literacy and any past experience in Yoga-related research.
Financial Package: Rs. 38,000 per month (Consolidated).

Adjustments: Age relaxations apply directly at the venue for SC, ST, and OBC candidates in strict accordance with Government of India mandates.

On-Site Selection Protocol :
Screening & Validation ;
Upon arriving at the venue, you will immediately undergo Document Verification. You must hand over your self-attested photocopies while the panel cross-verifies them against your original degrees, council registrations, and experience letters.
Practical Assessment (For Yoga Therapists) ;
Before the board interview, you will face a practical Skill Test to physically evaluate your ability to instruct and correctly perform traditional Yogic therapy practices.
Final Interview ;
A direct evaluation by the selection committee to assess your subject matter expertise, communication, and research/therapy aptitude.
