Educational Qualification:
Engineering graduate, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university or institution with a strong academic record.
MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management is considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of cumulative technical or operational experience over the past 10 years in major production units of the Fertilizers, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals sector.
Experience must be at a senior management level in a large and reputable organization.
Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 40 years.
Age Relaxation:
Internal candidates: At least 2 years of residual service; maximum age approximately 58 years.
External candidates: At least 3 years of residual service; maximum age approximately 57 years.
Salary :
₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month (pre-revised IDA scale).
