Eligibility :
Exploration & Reservoir (BPRL) :
Roles ;
Team Member / Team Leader – Exploration.
Asset Manager.
Reservoir Engineer.
These positions are focused on upstream oil & gas exploration, reservoir development, and asset performance management. Candidates should have strong technical expertise in hydrocarbon exploration, production systems, and reservoir engineering.
Requirements :
Engineering degree or postgraduate qualification in Geosciences or Petroleum-related fields.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in exploration, reservoir management, or upstream oil & gas operations is essential.

Company Secretary Roles :
Roles ;
Company Secretary – Team Leader.
Company Secretary – Team Member.
These positions involve managing corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory affairs in listed entities.
Requirements ;
Must be a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
Preferably additional qualification in Law (LLB).
Experience in listed companies dealing with SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and listing regulations.
Required experience ranges from 7 to 18 years depending on role.

Finance & Accounts Roles :
Role ;
Finance – Team Member / Leader.
These roles involve handling financial operations including accounting, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and treasury functions.
Requirements ;
Qualified CA (first attempt preferred) or ICWA.
Minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience.
Exposure in finance control, compliance, taxation, or audit functions is required.

Petrochemical & Polymer Business :
Roles ;
Head Sales – Petrochemical Taskforce.
Technical Officer – Polymer Marketing.
These positions focus on marketing, sales strategy, and technical support in the petrochemical and polymer sectors.
Requirements ;
Engineering / Science / MBA qualifications in chemical, polymer, or materials-related fields.
Experience ranges from 4 years to 21 years depending on position.
Strong background in sales, marketing, product development, or technical services in polymer industry.

Highway Retail & WSA Operations :
Roles ;
Team Lead – WSA (Highway Rest Stops).
Site Manager – WSA.
These roles involve managing highway retail outlets, food courts, and hospitality services at travel plazas.
Requirements ;
Postgraduate or diploma in management, hospitality, retail, or related fields.
Experience in F&B, retail operations, hospitality, or facility management.
Required experience ranges from 5 to 10 years, including leadership in multi-location operations.

Age Criteria :
Age eligibility varies by position ;
Base range differs from 34 to 50 years depending on post.
Relaxation ;
SC/ST: +5 years.
OBC: +3 years.
PwBD: +10 years.
Ex-servicemen: as per rules.
Maximum age cap: 55 years for applicable posts.

Compensation Structure :
Selected candidates will be placed in E2–E8 grade pay scales.
Approximate CTC Range ;
E2: ₹21 LPA.
E3: ₹25 LPA.
E4: ₹30 LPA.
E5: ₹34 LPA.
E6: ₹40 LPA.
E7: ₹45 LPA.
E8: ₹55 LPA.
Includes ;
Basic pay, allowances (DA, HRA), perks, retirement benefits, and performance-based incentives.

Selection Procedure :
Stage 1: Screening ;
Applications are shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria.
Stage 2: Computer-Based Test (CBT) ;
General aptitude (reasoning, quantitative ability, verbal skills).
Technical/domain knowledge based on post applied.
Stage 3: Interview / Group Exercise ;
Shortlisted candidates undergo case discussion, group tasks, and personal interviews. Document verification is conducted before this stage.
Stage 4: Medical Examination ;
Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per BPCL and OISD standards.
