Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification: LLB degree from a recognized university.
Computer Skills: Certificate of computer proficiency (minimum 40 w.p.m. English typing) or exemption.
Experience: Practicing Advocates must have at least 5 years of experience in Bombay High Court or its subordinate courts.
Preferred Skills: English shorthand (80 w.p.m.), typing speed (35 w.p.m.), and knowledge of Marathi.

Age Limit :
Minimum: 21 years.
Maximum: 38 years.
Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/SBC candidates of Maharashtra.

Salary :
₹92,960 – ₹1,36,520 per month plus admissible allowances.

Selection Process :
Screening / Written Test – 100 marks.
Viva-Voce (Interview) – 50 marks.
Final selection based on combined performance.
