Faculty Positions 2026 – Professor & Associate Professor :
Applications are invited from eligible academicians for appointment to the posts of Professor and Associate Professor. The eligibility criteria shall be governed strictly in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2018 and the Gujarat Public Universities Uniform Statutes–2024.
Professor :
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized University, College, or Research Institution.
A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Research Score of 120 as prescribed under UGC Regulations, 2018.
OR
An Outstanding Professional with a Ph.D. in the relevant field and 10 years of distinguished professional experience, demonstrating substantial academic or research contribution.
Associate Professor :
Ph.D. in the concerned/relevant discipline.
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized University, College, or Research Institution.
At least 7 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Research Score of 75 as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
