Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants must have relevant engineering or IT/media qualifications from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI, along with substantial post-qualification experience in the respective technical domain. Eligibility varies depending on the specific manpower role.

Technical Manpower – 1 (SATCOM Operations) :
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
Experience required in broadcast and satellite TV systems, including ;
Studio and control room setup (MCR/PCR).
DTH telecast and content playout systems.
RF/baseband testing and measurement.
Network design, integration, and cybersecurity.
System operations, maintenance, training, and procurement.

Technical Manpower – 2 (SATCOM Operations) :
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication.
Minimum 7 years experience.
Experience in ;
DTH/VSAT installation and operations.
Project execution from planning to commissioning.
Documentation, agreements, and technical coordination.
Financial processing (billing, invoices, payments).
Stakeholder coordination and support.

Technical Manpower – 3 (Content Development) :
Either ;
PG Diploma in Audio-Visual (min. 60%) with 9 years experience, OR
Graduation (min. 60%) with 4 years experience.
Required experience in ;
Audio-video production and post-production workflows.
Editing, animation, and design tools (Adobe, FCP, Autodesk, Blender, etc.).
Digital content management and rendering systems.
Handling multiple projects and team supervision.

Technical Manpower – 4 (Uplink Teleport) :
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Experience in ;
RF uplink systems and antenna operations.
Maintenance of modulators, amplifiers, converters, and related RF equipment.
Testing and measurement instruments.
Operating Linux/Windows systems and standard software tools.

Technical Manpower – 5 (Software) :
B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or MCA.
Minimum 10 years experience.
Strong background in ;
IT systems, e-Governance, GIS, or digital transformation projects.
Software project execution and coordination.
Stakeholder management and team leadership.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Age Limit :
Maximum age: 45 years.
Relaxation applicable as per government rules.

Selection Process :
