Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Candidates should hold a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university or institution and must be registered with the Punjab Nurses Registration Council (PNRC), Chandigarh. Nursing qualifications obtained through distance learning mode will not be accepted.
Candidates must also have passed Punjabi as a subject at the Matriculation (10th) level as per Punjab Government norms. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
Application Fee:
All Categories except SC: ₹2,360 (₹2,000 + 18% GST).
SC Category: ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + 18% GST).
The application fee is non-refundable.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 37 years.
Age Relaxation:
SC/BC – 5 years, PwD – 10 years, Widows/Divorcees and certain categories of married women – up to 40 years, Government employees – up to 45 years, and Ex-servicemen as per government rules.
Salary:
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay scale of ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 per month.
