Educational Qualification :
Applicants must have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in Aerospace/Civil Aviation, Artificial Intelligence, Communication, Cyber Security, Robotics or Autonomous Systems, or Quantum Technology from a recognized university or institution.
Post-Qualification Experience :
Candidates should possess at least four years of relevant industry experience after completion of the Ph.D. Only core industrial experience related to the specified domains will be considered.
Experience gained in academic institutions, teaching assignments, research roles, banking, internships, or contractual engagements in BEL or other PSUs will not be treated as valid industrial experience.
Compensation & Benefits :
Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 (E-III Grade).
Entry Benefits: 5 advance increments and 2 years of seniority at joining.

Age Criteria (As on 01 January 2026) :
Maximum Age (General Category): 37 years
Relaxation: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates, as per Government of India guidelines.
