BEL Assistant Security Officer Recruitment 2026

Assistant Security Officer (E-1 Grade) – Eligibility & Compensation Details :

Educational Qualification :
Applicants should possess a three-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with at least a Pass classification.

Experience :
Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Service Background :
The position is open to Ex-Servicemen who have served in the Army, Navy, or Air Force and held the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or an equivalent rank at the time of retirement/discharge.

Age Criteria :
The maximum age limit is 50 years as on 01 February 2026.
OBC candidates are eligible for age relaxation up to 53 years in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Pay Scale :
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 per month (with an annual increment of 3%), along with other admissible allowances as per organizational norms.
