Eligibility Criteria :

Manager/Admin :
Applicants must hold a Graduation degree from a recognized university along with extensive experience in administrative functions.

Experience Requirement :
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in office administration, including preparation and analysis of MIS reports and manpower planning activities, is required.

Essential Skills :
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is compulsory.
Candidates with prior exposure to DMRC/Metro Rail projects (directly or through contractors) for at least 5 years will be given preference.
Strong understanding of Metro Rail HR and administrative operations will be advantageous.

BECIL Manager/Admin Recruitment 2026 – Salary.
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ;
₹96,600 per month (subject to applicable statutory deductions).

Selection Process :

Skill test / assessment / interaction (if required).
Final interview conducted by the client organization.
Final selection will be based on overall performance and suitability for the post.
