Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates should possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a university recognized by the UGC. They must also have strong communication skills in the local language, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
Preference will be given to retired bank officers of Scale I and above who have experience in rural credit operations and branch banking activities. In the absence of eligible retired bankers, ex-servicemen may also be considered for the role.

Application Fee :
General / OBC : No application fee.
SC / ST : No application fee.
No fee is required for applying under any category as per the official notification.

Age Limit :
Maximum age limit: 64 years (as on 25 May 2026).

Salary :
The selected candidate will be entitled to a monthly remuneration comprising ;
₹26,000 consolidated pay per month.
₹500 for telephone reimbursement.
₹3,500 towards conveyance allowance.

Selection Process :
The selection will be conducted through ;
Personal interview round.
Final appointment will depend on interview performance along with fulfillment of all eligibility conditions.
