Eligibility Criteria :
Education: Graduate with basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet). Preference for M.Sc. (IT), B.E. (IT), MCA, or MBA.
Language Skills: Ability to read and write the local language.
Experience:
Retired officers (including voluntary retirees) of any PSU bank up to Chief Manager level.
Retired clerks or equivalent from Bank of Baroda with JAIIB certification and a good track record.
Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience.
Age Limit :
Retired Bank Employees: No specific age limit for joining; maximum continuation age 65 years.
Other Candidates: 21–45 years at appointment; maximum continuation age 65 years.
Salary :
Fixed Component: ₹15,000 per month.
Variable Component: Up to ₹15,000 per month.
