Eligibility Criteria /;

Educational Qualification :
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Preferred Academic Background ;
Preference will be given to candidates holding postgraduate qualifications in ;
Agriculture.
Veterinary Science.
Sociology.
Psychology.
Social Work.
Essential Skills.
Candidates should demonstrate the following competencies ;
Proficiency in the local language.
Interest and aptitude for teaching or training activities.
Basic computer literacy.
Sound understanding of banking operations, insurance products, investment instruments, pension schemes, legal aspects, and financial systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.

Experience Requirement :
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas ;
Ex-bankers from Nationalized Banks, RRBs, or Private Banks.
Professionals from banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
Business Correspondents (BC) or BC Coordinators with at least 5 years of experience.
Former RSETI Directors with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Faculty members with at least 5 years of relevant teaching or training experience.

Age Limit :
Maximum permissible age: 64 years, subject to satisfactory health condition.

Salary and Benefits :
The selected candidate will be entitled to a consolidated monthly remuneration along with additional operational allowances ;
Fixed monthly salary: ₹25,000.
Conveyance reimbursement: Up to ₹5,000 per month.
Performance-Based Conveyance Structure ;
₹3,000 per month: For conducting fewer than 10 camps.
₹5,000 per month: For conducting more than 10 camps.
Additional Allowances ;
Halting allowance ;
₹300 for duties exceeding 8 hours without overnight stay.
₹600 for assignments involving overnight stay.
Travel reimbursement as per applicable norms for JMG/S-I level officers during official duties or training programs.
