Educational Qualification and Experience :
All posts require a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Most positions additionally require a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma, MBA/PGDM, CA, CMA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Work experience requirements range from 5 years for AVP-I posts to 15 years for VP-level posts.
Candidates must possess relevant functional experience in areas such as Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Credit, Product Management, or Market Intelligence, depending on the post.
Experience in clerical positions and any single employment stint of less than six months will not be considered.
Additional Eligibility Conditions :
Only one online application is permitted per candidate.
In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid application will be considered, and fees paid for earlier applications will be forfeited.
Candidates should be willing to serve at any office or branch of the bank across India.
Applicants must maintain a clean credit history, including a minimum CIBIL score of 680 at the time of joining.
Candidates with defaults in loans or credit cards, or adverse reports from credit agencies, may be declared ineligible.
Candidates must be Indian citizens or belong to other categories eligible under Government of India rules, subject to possession of a valid Certificate of Eligibility where applicable.
Age Limit and Qualification :
Eligibility for all posts is determined as on 01 June 2026, the cut-off date prescribed by the bank.
Candidates must fulfill the prescribed age limit, educational qualification, and post-qualification work experience requirements for the respective post.
The upper age limit varies according to the post level, ranging from 28–38 years for AVP-I posts to 36–52 years for VP posts.
Age relaxation is available to eligible reserved categories as per the bank's reservation policy.
Educational qualifications must be obtained from institutions recognized by the Government of India, AICTE, or other approved regulatory authorities.
Relevant work experience should be acquired after obtaining the required qualification and must be in Banks, Financial Institutions, or NBFCs.
Candidates should possess a satisfactory credit history and must be willing to serve anywhere in India.
Age Relaxation ;
Age relaxation is available only for categories where reservation roster points are applicable.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates are eligible for age relaxation in posts where reservation exists.
No reservation is available for Ex-servicemen in the Officers' Cadre under this recruitment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Relationship Management roles involve acquiring and managing corporate clients in segments such as Real Estate, MNCs, Credit Lite, and Conglomerates.
Candidates are expected to strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Transaction Banking roles focus on selling trade finance, cash management, forex, and related banking products.
Product Sales Managers are responsible for increasing fee income and CASA balances while maintaining strong client relationships.
Credit-related roles involve credit appraisal, risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, and account management.
The Market Intelligence Unit role focuses on analyzing market trends, industry developments, and providing strategic insights to management.
The bank reserves the right to modify or assign additional responsibilities based on organizational requirements.
Application Fee :
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Candidates belonging to UR, EWS, and OBC categories must pay ₹850 (inclusive of GST) plus payment gateway charges.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD, Ex-servicemen/DESM, and Women categories must pay ₹175 (inclusive of GST) plus payment gateway charges.

The application fee is payable regardless of whether an online test is conducted or the candidate is shortlisted for an interview.
Contract Tenure, Remuneration and Credit Score Requirement :
All positions are offered on a fixed-term contractual basis.
For AVP-I and AVP-II, the initial contract period is 5 years, extendable for another period of up to 5 years based on performance and business requirements.
For VP and DVP posts, the initial contract period is 3 years, extendable annually up to a maximum total tenure of 5 years.
The contract automatically ends upon completion of the approved tenure unless renewed by the bank.
The maximum age for continuation of service is 60 years.

Minimum qualifying marks in the Personal Interview are ;
