Eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility differs based on post and specialization ;

Manager/Assistant Manager roles : MBA, MTM, M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent qualifications.

Creative & Design roles : Architecture, Graphic Design, Interior Design (Master’s preferred).

Officer roles : Graduation in Commerce, Tourism, IT, or related fields.

Junior Officer roles : Any graduate (freshers eligible for select positions).
UGC-approved ODL qualifications are accepted subject to verification. Certain professional degrees require additional validation as per guidelines.

Experience Requirements :
Manager level: 6 years experience (minimum 3 years in Sales & Marketing preferred).
Creative & Design Manager: 6–9 years including 3D design expertise.
Dy. Manager: 2–4 years relevant experience.
Assistant Manager: 2–4 years depending on qualification.
Officers: 2 years in relevant field.
Junior Officers: Freshers eligible for specific posts.

Salary & Benefits :
Pay is based on grade and experience (FTE-3 to FTO-1 levels).
Final CTC will be decided at the time of offer.

Manager (FTE-3): up to 38 years.
Dy. Manager (FTE-2): up to 35 years.
Assistant Manager (FTE-1): up to 32 years.
Officer (FTO-2): up to 30 years.
Junior Officer (FTO-1): up to 30 years.

Age Relaxation :
SC/ST: +5 years.
OBC (NCL): +3 years.
PwBD: up to +15 years (as per category rules).
Ex-Servicemen: as per government norms.
Maximum permissible age limit: 58 years.

Selection Process :
The recruitment process includes ;
Initial screening of online applications.

Personal interview (20–22 June 2026).
Written test (if required).
Medical examination for final selection.
