Eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility will be determined strictly in accordance with UGC norms and University regulations as applicable on the closing date of applications.

Professor :
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree along with at least 10 years of combined teaching and/or research experience, demonstrated through significant scholarly publications in reputed journals.

Associate Professor :
Candidates should possess a Ph.D. qualification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant academic experience, along with a consistent record of quality research output.

Assistant Professor :
A Master’s degree is required along with NET/SLET/SET qualification, or a Ph.D. degree, as prescribed under the latest UGC Regulations.

Subject Specializations :
Each department has specific specialization requirements (for example, Physical Anthropology under Anthropology, Microbial Ecology under Ecology & Environmental Science, etc.). Detailed specialization criteria are outlined in the official advertisement.

Reservation Policy :
Reservation benefits shall be applicable as per prevailing Government of India rules for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD categories.

Application Fee Structure :
General / OBC / EWS : ₹1,000/-
SC / ST / PwBD / Women : Exempted from application fee (₹500/- only as postal/processing charge)
The fee must be paid through the designated online payment gateway only.

Method of Selection :
Applications will be initially evaluated by a screening committee constituted by the University.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview stage.
Meeting eligibility criteria alone does not guarantee consideration for selection.
The University may introduce a written test if the number of applicants is substantially high.
