Educational Qualification :
Personal Assistant (Stenographer Gr-III) : Bachelor’s Degree + Diploma in Stenography from a recognized institution.
Librarian : Bachelor’s Degree with Degree/Diploma in Library Science.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) : Bachelor’s Degree + Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
Age Limit (as on closing date) :
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 35 years.
Age Relaxation :
APST: up to 5 years.
PwBD: up to 10 years.
APST PwBD: up to 15 years.
Application Fee :
APST : ₹150/-.
UR : ₹200/-.
PwD : Exempted.
Payment mode: Online only.
Selection Process :
For Post Code 12/26 (Stenographer).
Stage 1: Stenography Skill Test (Qualifying).
Stage 2: Written Examination (200 marks).
For Post Code 13/26 & 14/26.
Written Examination only (200 marks)
Written Exam Structure ;
General Awareness – 50 marks.
General Intelligence & Reasoning – 50 marks.
Arithmetic & Numerical Ability – 50 marks.
English Language & Comprehension – 50 marks.
Total: 200 marks (Duration: 2 hours).
Key Points :
Minimum qualifying marks: 33% aggregate.
No negative marking.
No sectional cut-off.
Final recruitment will be conducted by based on merit in examination and skill test (where applicable).
