Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must hold a Graduate degree with at least 3 years of work experience in the development sector, preferably involving direct engagement with communities and village-level institutions.

Additional requirements :
Preference may be given to candidates belonging to or familiar with Angul district.
Ability to understand local language is desirable.
Must have proficiency in Odia language (reading, writing, and speaking).

Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 50 years.
Age relaxation will be provided as per applicable Government norms.

Salary Structure :
Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of ;
Rs. 15,000/- + Rs. 3,000/- Transport Allowance.

Selection Process :
The selection will be carried out through the following stages ;
Walk-in Interview.
Document Verification.
Counselling Session.
