Eligibility Criteria :
Only eligible women candidates can apply under the following conditions ;

Must be an active member of a Self Help Group (SHG) and should not be a loan defaulter.
Age must be between 18 to 40 years.
Minimum qualification: Class 12 (Intermediate) pass from a recognised board.
Should have basic knowledge of mobile phone usage and internet operations.
Willing to accept a ₹75,000 support fund from UPSRLM at 4% annual interest.
Must be a permanent resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat.
Willing to work at field level, including household visits and local business interactions within the Gram Panchayat.

Educational Qualification :
Minimum: 12th Pass (Intermediate).
Preference may be given to candidates with basic knowledge of banking and digital financial services.

Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 18 years.
Maximum Age: 40 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules.

Application Fee :
No application fee is required.
The application process is completely free of cost through SHG channels.

Application Process (Through SHG System Only) :
Applications under UPSRLM must be submitted only through the SHG structure.
Process Flow ;
Apply through your Self Help Group (SHG).
Form collection from SHG / Gram Sangathan / Sankul Sthariya Sangh.
Verification at SHG and Gram Sangathan level.
Consolidation at Sankul Sthariya Sangh.
Submission to DMMU via Block Office (Vikas Khand).
Final selection after written test and interview.
Direct applications to district offices are not accepted.

Selection Process :
Selection for UPSRLM BC Sakhi recruitment will be carried out in multiple stages ;
SHG-level screening and recommendation.
Verification by Gram Sangathan and Sankul Sthariya Sangh.
Written examination.
Interview conducted by a committee headed by the Chief Development Officer (CDO).

Financial Assistance & Income :
This is not a fixed salary job ;
₹75,000 support fund provided at 4% annual interest.
Used for purchasing banking tools like Micro-ATM and devices.
Income is commission-based and depends on transaction volume.
Earnings vary based on field performance.
