General Guidelines:
Teaching, training, and internship periods will not be counted as experience.
Candidates from private sector must have drawn minimum consolidated fixed monthly gross salary as per respective grade.
Gross salary includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, and fixed perks/allowances.
Variable pay, incentives, or reimbursements will not be considered.
Experience certificates in the prescribed format are required during document verification.
Position-wise Eligibility:
General Manager (HR-01, HR-05, HR-12, HR-20):
Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience in PSU or reputed private/manufacturing sector, including 8 years at senior management level.
PSU/Govt: 2 years in immediate lower scale; Private sector: comparable CTC.
Deputy General Manager (HR-06, HR-13):
Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience in respective domain.
PSU/Govt: 2 years in immediate lower scale; Private sector: comparable CTC.
Senior Manager (HR-14, HR-24):
Minimum 14 years post-qualification experience.
PSU/Govt: 2 years in immediate lower scale; Private sector: comparable CTC.
Manager (HR-07, HR-15, HR-30):
Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience.
PSU/Govt: 2 years in immediate lower scale; Private sector: comparable CTC.
Deputy Manager (HR-02, HR-08, HR-16):
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
PSU/Govt: 2 years in immediate lower scale; Private sector: comparable CTC.
Assistant Manager (HR-31):
Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in PSU, reputed private sector, or research organizations in design/R&D.
Must have 2 years in immediate lower scale.
Specialist SAP FICO (HR-25):
Minimum 6 years experience in SAP FICO covering AP, AR, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, and Project Systems.
Junior Manager (HR-03, HR-09, HR-17, HR-22, HR-32):
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in respective domain.
Specialist SAP (HR-26, HR-27, HR-28):
Minimum 5 years experience in respective SAP module.
AI Engineer / Data Scientist (HR-29):
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models for manufacturing or production.
Accountant (HR-11):
Minimum 4 years experience in accounting functions.
Officer Level Posts (HR-04, HR-10, HR-18, HR-19, HR-21, HR-23, HR-33):
HR-04, HR-33: GATE 2025 score with relevant knowledge.
HR-10: Accounts and Taxation knowledge.
HR-18: Fabrication/fitting of artificial limbs, conducting camps.
HR-19: Examine patients with hearing/balance issues, conduct camps.
HR-21: Practical experience as per post.
HR-23: Labour/Social Welfare or administrative experience.
