Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification along with basic computer and communication skills suitable for patient support and healthcare scheme assistance roles. Candidates with prior experience in government health insurance schemes will be preferred.

Essential Qualification :
Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized Board/Institution.

Essential Skills :
Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office and internet usage, and ability to communicate in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Desirable Qualification :
Graduation from a recognized university, PMAM certification or training, and experience in hospital registration, insurance processing, AB-PMJAY, or ABHA-related work.

Age Limit Criteria :
Maximum age limit: 45 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per institutional norms.

Salary / Remuneration :
Fixed monthly pay: ₹25,000.

Screening Test (if applications exceed expected numbers).

Preparation of Final Merit List.
