Educational Qualifications :
The required qualifications vary by position. Illustrative examples include:
Accountant: B.Com or BBA from a recognized university
Medical Lab Technologist: Bachelor’s degree in relevant sciences such as Biochemistry, Zoology, or Microbiology, along with prescribed laboratory experience
Panchakarma Technician / Yoga Instructor / Medical Lab Technology: Relevant diploma qualifications
Nursing Superintendent: M.Sc. Nursing
Administrative Posts: Graduate degree with working knowledge of computers
Computer proficiency is mandatory for several administrative and technical posts.

Experience Requirements :
Relevant post-qualification experience is required for most positions. Indicative examples include:
Minimum two years for Accountant
Two years’ laboratory experience for Medical Lab Technologist
Five years’ experience for Panchakarma Technician (Direct mode)
Higher experience requirements for Deputation/Absorption posts
Specific experience criteria shall apply as prescribed for each post in the detailed notification.
Desirable Qualifications
Depending on the post, desirable criteria may include:
M.Com or MBA for Accountant
Proficiency in Hindi and English along with computer skills for Yoga Instructor
Experience in an Ayurvedic hospital for Nursing Superintendent

Pay Structure :
Pay scales are as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix, ranging from:
Level 2: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200
Level 4: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100
Level 5: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300
Level 6: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
Level 7: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
Level 10: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
Level 11: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700

In addition, selected candidates will be entitled to allowances as admissible to Central Government employees and applicable to institutional staff.

Age Criteria (As on Closing Date) :
The upper age limit varies by post and mode of recruitment:
Up to 28 years (e.g., Store Keeper, Lab Attendant)
Up to 30 years (various Direct Recruitment posts)
Up to 35 years (e.g., Junior Medical Record Officer)
Up to 40 years (e.g., Nursing Superintendent, Accounts Officer – Direct mode)
Up to 58 years (Deputation/Absorption posts)
Age relaxation shall be applicable as per Government of India rules.
