AIESL Recruitment 2026

Eligibility Criteria :
This recruitment is strictly for internal employees only. Candidates must meet all conditions as on 01-05-2026.
Only serving employees of AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) or its allied units (AIX/AASL) are eligible. External candidates are not permitted.
Candidates must have cleared all B1 or B2 DGCA module examinations, or hold a valid B1/B2 DGCA license (as applicable within AIESL capability). RT license is desirable but optional.
A minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience is required, including at least 2 years of service within AIESL.
Employment type (Permanent/FTE) and parent organization will remain unchanged after selection and absorption.
Candidates who previously applied must submit a fresh application; earlier submissions will not be considered.

Age Limit :
Maximum age limit is 52 years as on 01-05-2026.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen and other eligible categories.

Selection Process :
Selection is conducted internally and does not involve a written exam.
Stage 1: Eligibility Screening ;
A committee will review applications based on eligibility criteria.
Shortlisted candidates will be selected as Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
Stage 2: Training & Bond ;
Selected candidates will undergo DGCA-approved B1/B2 Type Training as per company requirement.
A mandatory service bond and separate training bond must be executed before training begins.
Candidates must obtain required DGCA qualification within 4 years, failing which they may be reverted and bond recovery will apply.
Stage 3: Absorption & Placement ;
After successful training and licensing, candidates will be absorbed into the appropriate pay scale.
Placement into Group A or Group B depends on performance and available vacancies.
Career progression will follow company policies.

Who Should Not Apply (Ineligibility Conditions) :
Candidates must NOT apply if they ;
Are not serving employees of AIESL/AIX/AASL.
Have less than 2 years of service in AIESL.
Do not meet the 5-year total aviation experience requirement.
Are above 52 years of age (without valid relaxation).
Have not cleared DGCA B1/B2 modules or do not hold a valid license.
Are unwilling to sign the ₹5 lakh service bond.
Refuse mandatory training bond conditions.
Are not willing to accept any posting location in India.
Have not submitted a fresh application despite earlier applications.

Common Mistakes to Avoid :
To prevent rejection, candidates should ensure ;
A fresh application is submitted through the official Google Form.
Eligibility is checked strictly against 01-05-2026 cutoff.
Minimum 2 years AIESL service requirement is fulfilled.
All DGCA module requirements are completed.
Form is fully and correctly filled (no missing fields).
Application is submitted before 26-05-2026, 5:00 PM.
Bond obligations are fully understood before applying.
Willingness for any posting location is confirmed.

Important Instructions :
This is a strictly internal recruitment exercise.
Selected candidates will continue in their existing roles during training.
Salary protection will apply as per company policy.
A ₹5 lakh service bond (minimum 5 years service commitment) is mandatory with no partial relaxation.
A separate type training bond is required before training.
Failure to complete DGCA qualification within 4 years may result in reversion and bond recovery.
Posting can be anywhere in India based on company requirement.
