Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications from a recognized university/institution ;
MBA in Personnel Management / Human Resources / Industrial Relations, or an equivalent two-year postgraduate degree/diploma with specialization in Personnel Management, HR, or IR.
Preferred Qualification :
Candidates possessing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree will be given preference.
Age Limit :
Upper age limit: 62 years.
Salary :
Consolidated remuneration: ₹1,50,000 per month.
Selection Process :
Personal interview.
Pre-employment medical examination.
